Penny Boards!

While glancing over "refraction" as part of my physics curriculum (and the fact that exams are right around the corner and yet I sit here blogging), my mind is in other places. Owning a blog such as this, I am constantly alert regarding things to feature on here. While glancing over on my mental dpl, letting my mind flouder away from physics, I came across an empty space. A Penny Board. A kick-ass one. One that I've handpicked from the sea or ordinary ones. One preferably that I've customized off of their website (provided at the bottom).
It's the perfect size to fill in the mental gap of desirable objects that I wish to own.

I may have jumped onto the bandwagon a little late for this item. But who cares. Pop culture has absorbed this item too quickly for people to be able to keep up. That's my theory.

Where customizing begins

Here are a few customized boards that I came up with. I encourage anyone to check out the website and make your own one or choose from an array of ready-mades.

There are endless possibilities of this item. You suddenly find that time lapses once you've finished customizing a board, only to realise that you want to make another one.

Have a ball - please feel free to leave a comment or to send your customized board to me in the comments. Would love to see them.

No Purpose Art Prints

Sometimes you get a feeling, when you see a piece of art or photography that you like but you don't quite know why you like it. I must say, I like that feeling. It gives life a sort of spontaneity and humour when you find yourself staring at a picture that mesmerizes you for no perticular reason.

I recently discovered Society6: an online store dedicated to art prints printed on various media. (Sorry if I am a bit slow for discovering this site now rather than a few years ago)

It has changed my life. I find myself automatically typing its url into my searchbar while my eyes wait in anticipation for the site's homepage to appear.

Eventually it appears. I immediately click on 'Art Prints' and an array of categories are positioned on my monitor. Which one do I want to browse (or potentialy purchase from) first?

You see, I like them all. Therefore I cliked 'all' having to avoid having to narrow my choise down to a single category.

It is the ideal website to browse art or photography if you are searching for that mesmarizing feeling of not knowing why you like a specific picture. I strongly advise you to check it out.

Another glorious thing about this site: You can buy different sizes of the prints and can have them printed on pillows, iphone covers, t-shirts, mugs and the list goes on.....

Here's a taster.

So do you understand me when I mention that feeling of not knowing why you like a specific picture?

These are purely a taster not any specific genre or art style. However expect a proper society 6 feature on here soon.

Quirky Living Choices

A friggin' hamburger bed

Everybody has that dream that when they're all grown up they want to have this magnificent and unique living space, something that highlights their specific interests and taste using quirky furniture and tasteful items.

Periodic table shower curtain

Preferbly a loft, I plan to handpick each item. It will be amazing.

While trolling the web trying to find things that I wanted to be in my future dwelling, I stumbled across something extraordinary; a website dedicated to products of a complete contempory nature, items with no specific need or purpose merely put on earth for complete entertainment and desire of the consumor.

http://www.thisiswhyimbroke.com/ - welcome to my life.

Judging from this website, I have mentally pre-ordered dozens of these items. Without further or do, let's get started!

Poor little man

Floating book shelves

The awesomest computer station out there, which does actually exist, not only in sci-fi films

Lens cap coffee flask

These items are infact real, and are certainly wanted by a large group of people, well, me leading that group.

With only a selected few showed on this post, ThisIsWhyImBroke.com contains things beyond your wildest dreams, AND, they're all for sale. What a world we live in.

So I suggest you take that mouse and head on over there this second to find the niche you want for your future home, one that suits you and your entertainment needs and desires.

Have a ball.

The DPL is here!

Where it started
Don't act as if you've never had one of these lists.
Everybody makes this list, sometimes we're oblivious of even making it. But it's there.
And as a frequent list-taker, I've taken on the challenge of turning mine into a blog which will hopefully be right up your alley (figure out that figure of speech for yourself).

So here it goes...
Welcome everybody. Please do make youselves comfortable as I promise that you won't be disappointed.

Whether it be clothing, furniture, appliances, electronics or even bum cream that I fund disirable will be posted on here for your enjoyment.  It won't be as boring as it sounds, I promise, I have been told that I have somewhat of a sense of humor and have plenty ideas up my sleeve.

Do you ever get the feeling that certain products have your name invisibly embossed all over them? Or perhaps your conscience sends electrical waves through the window of your favourite store, directly into the products which you want, saying "We were ment to be together"

The phrase 'Money can't buy happiness' is the biggest load of male cow dung I've ever heard of and has no room in my overly imaginative brain.

So please, enjoy future posts and take what you want out of them. No judgement, all God's children yada yada.

I do have instagram and twitter if you wish to follow me.
